Astro-Match.com is a matchmaking site based on ancient Indian astrology, which millions of tamils believe in worldwide. The purpose of this website is to offer a service/help in finding the right partner for life based on the individual horoscopes.

1. 1. Profiles on Astro-Match.com
   1. 1.1: You must be 18 years or older to create a profile on Astro-Match.com
   2. 1.2: When you create a profile on Astro-Match.com, you must at least fill in all the mandatory fields of the creation form.
   3. 1.3: It is prohibited to enter a false (another person´s) e-mail address, phone number or other information related to persons other than yourself. All cases of false information will be reported to the police with information about the profile including the IP address that will allow the police to identify the person responsible.
   4. 1.4: Astro-Match.com does not accept any pornographic or offensive undertones in either the profile name or the profile text.
   5. 1.5: Any pedophile content or other content of direct illegal nature will be reported to the police with information about the profile including the IP address that will allow the police to identify the person responsible.
   6. 1.6: Astro-Match.com does not accept that you in your profile name or your profile text inform your full name, your address, your phone number or any other information that can identify you. Therefore, it is not permitted to link to for example Facebook. These precautions are made to ensure the anonymity and safety of the users.
   7. 1.7: When creating a profile on Astro-Match.com you simultaneously allow Astro-Match.com to display your profile to Astro-Match.com users, including via email, SMS and page views on Astro-Match.com. (A profile view can include personal information about your religion, caste and related information if you entered them on your profile). If you want to withdraw this consent, please delete your profile.
   8. 1.8: Astro-Match.com aims to ensure that the site mainly contains active profiles. Astro-Match.com reserves the right to delete profiles that have been inactive for more than 2 months manually.
   9. 1.9: Astro-Match.com reserves the right, at any time and without notice, to delete / modify profiles exploiting Astro-Match.com commercially or contain some form of advertising that is offensive, improper, untrue, discriminatory, or otherwise determined not living up to a fair level. This will be done without any refunds of the fee covering the remainder of the membership period.

1. 2. Contact information
   1. 2.1: Your email address will used for the following:
      1. 2.1.1: In case you forget your password, a new password can be sent to your email upon request.
      2. 2.1.2: You have the opportunity to receive an email notification from Astro-Match.com when a new profile matches your search criteria.
      3. 2.1.3: Astro-Match.com will send newsletters and important notifications to your email.

1. 3. Uploading photos on Astro-Match.com
   1. 3.1: Profile image must be of you, i.e. no-one else may be present in the photo. It must be contemporary and you should have the right to use the image.
   2. 3.2: Profile image must not include wasted space (i.e. the portrait must go from edge to edge) and it must be rotated correctly.
   3. 3.3: Profile image must be a portrait and the size and quality must ensure that the person is recognizable.
   4. 3.4: Profile image may not contain logos, links or references to other websites.
   5. 3.5: Profile image may not appear violent or threatening or otherwise display illegal content.
   6. 3.6: Profile pictures showing underwear, nudity or sexual undertones are prohibited. Only decent pictures are allowed at Astro-match.com discretion.
   7. 3.7: Images that can be described as model photos and fakes will not be approved until authenticity can be verified by uploading a normal everyday picture.
   8. 3.8: Each image may only appear once.
   9. 3.9: Photos that do not meet the above requirements will be deleted without warning.

1. 4. Messages
   1. 4.1: It is prohibited to send or forward messages on Astro-Match.com containing commercial, offensive or discriminatory content, chain letters or contact information of other persons or companies.
   2. 4.2: Astro-Match.com may at any time and without notice, delete posts and profiles, if one or more of the abovementioned requirements are not met. This will be done without any refunds of the fee covering the remainder of the membership period.

1. 5. Horoscopes
   1. 5.1: Astro-Match.com is based on advanced software that calculates the horoscope for each profile based on the data the user has provided. Even though the calculation algorithm is quite accurate, certain rounding imprecisions may occur in some cases. This may result in planetary positions or zodiac signs other than expected. If this occurs, please contact customer service (support@astro-match.com).
   2. 5.2: The horoscopes are calculated based on data provided from the user themselves. Hence Astro-Match.com cannot guarantee the authenticity of horoscopes for each profile.
   3. 5.3: Each individual horoscope can only viewed by the member him/herself. If a member wishes to see another profiles horoscope, a friend request must be sent to that profile. This request has to be accepted by the profile owner, before the horoscope can be viewed.

1. 6. Disclaimer
   1. 6.1: Matchmaking based on astrology is merely meant as guidance on how compatible two individuals are. Each member must therefore consider whether a given profile is suitable for him/her.
   2. 6.2: Astro-Match.com cannot guarantee for the outcome of a relationship based on the astrological matchmaking.
   3. 6.3: The horoscope is computer generated from details provided by the member. The precision of the horoscope is highly dependent on entered data, and thus the member is responsible for entering correct details in the required fields.
   4. 6.4: Astro-Match.com does not wish to offend or discriminate anyone. Thus details regarding caste, religion and mother tongue are optional for all users.

1. 7. General Conditions
   1. 7.1: Any notifications or instructions from Astro-Match.com MUST be accepted and followed.
   2. 7.2: Warnings may be given if Astro-Match.com considers that the unwanted behavior can be bothersome to other users and / or the site as a whole.
   3. 7.3: If the user choose to ignore these notifications or warnings, your profile may be deleted and/or you may be suspended from Astro-Match.com, without any refunds of the fee covering the remainder of the membership period.

1. 8. Terms for membership
   1. 8.1: You buy the service from Nellandai ApS (CVR No.: 36729481).
   2. 8.2: If you choose to activate the sent link to your mail and become a member of Astro-Match.com disclaims you at the same time accuracy for 14 days return policy according to Danish law.
   3. 8.3: When you become a member on Astro-Match.com, the agreed amount will automatically be drawn from your credit card according to the chosen product. You can always cancel your subscription as described further down below.
   4. 8.4: Cardholder responsibility and liability: The profile will be activated as soon as or shortly after a valid payment has been registered. The cardholder is obliged to pay the full amount as agreed for the selected subscription and is responsible for the used credit card to be valid. Further the cardholder authorizes Astro-Match.com to periodically withdraw subscription fees according to the selected subscription type. For each transaction an electronic receipt will be sent to the members email address.
   5. 8.5: Refund policy: Once the subscription has been activated, the paid amount cannot be refunded. If a subscription is cancelled, the profile will remain active for the remainder of the period unless the user request for a full deletion of the profile. In either case no refunds are made.
   6. 8.6: Termination of membership: Once the membership is activated, the subscription will be periodically renewed and the agreed fee withdrawn from your credit card, until you actively cancel your subscription by sending an email to support@astro-match.com. You can always cancel your current subscription, but you will however be charged for the remainder of the period. Terminating of the subscription does not affect the time period already activated on your profile.

1. 9. Other
   1. 9.1: Astro-Match.com will continuously improve and optimize the page to provide best possible functionality. Astro-Match.com reserves the right to continually make changes on the site, including adding and removing features.
   2. 9.2: Astro-Match.com is subject to Danish legislation regarding personal data, responsible use of sensitive personal information and individuals' rights to anonymity on Astro-Match.com.
   3. 9.3: The individual horoscopes or any other personal information will not be shared with other parties.
   4. 9.4: Astro-Match.com reserves all rights to all the material shown on the site, including all trademarks, logos, images, photos, animations, video clips, used terms and text. No such intellectual property may be copied, reproduced, published, used or displayed without written approval from Astro-Match.com. Violations will be prosecuted by Astro-Match.com according to Danish legislation.
   5. 9.5: Astro-Match.com reserves the right at any time to amend these Terms of Use. A member shall be deemed to be informed of such changes as soon as they are published on the website. The amendments will apply one month after publishing on the website. For members who register on the site after changes are posted, the changes apply immediately.
   6. 9.6: Astro-Match.com cannot be held responsible for any failures, errors or technical complications that may arise on the website. Astro-Match.com takes no responsibility for errors and omissions in the content on the website.
   7. 9.7: The main purpose for Astro-Match.com is that all users must be able to feel safe and happy on our website. Therefore, we encourage everyone to report any kind of content that they consider as intended to demean other users or the website, or is otherwise in violation of our terms. These reports must be made to our customer service (support@astro-match.com).
   8. 9.8: Please keep in mind that the abovementioned rules and guidelines exist to ensure the best and safest experience for you.
